PNTEH's Board of Directors are all veterans of the battle to eliminate homelessness, through their actions the church community or through homeless-support or homeless-advocate agencies.

Our vision is that each Presbyterian congregation and Presbytery to embrace a comprehensive approach to ending homelessness.
Our work is to empower Presbyterians to have:
- Compassionate responses to immediate human needs
- Creative empowerment of homeless individuals, and
- Courageous advocacy for effective and systemic policy changes (such as housing production,homelessness prevention, service provision, and promotion of livable incomes.
